What makes a useful property shortlist?

Fewer homes, better questions and a clearer point of comparison.

What makes a useful property shortlist?

A good shortlist is a conversation, not a catalogue. Start with the things you will use every day: layout, access, light, privacy and the places around the home.

Separate what can change from what cannot. Joinery can be altered; orientation, setting and the relationship to neighbouring homes are more enduring.

We prefer to show fewer properties with clear reasons for each one. The comparison then becomes more useful, and the next step easier to decide.
