Set up La Casa.

A practical buyer guide for replacing the demo content, configuring the site and preparing it for publication.

Start with your copy.

Open the remix link and copy the project to your own Framer workspace. The names, properties, agents, testimonials, addresses and editorial content are fictional demonstration material. Replace them with your own approved business information before publishing. Repeatable content lives in the Properties, Regions, Agents, Testimonials, Journal, Services, Offices and Values CMS collections.

Update the CMS carefully.

Keep prices and areas as numbers so sorting and filtering continue to work; the design adds the currency symbol and m². Connect each property through its Region and Agent reference fields. Add features, galleries, service steps and languages through their CMS lists. When contact details change, update both the displayed value and its email or phone link.

Customise the design system.

Change colours and typography through the shared styles in Assets. Headings use Special Gothic; body copy and interface text use Inter. Navigation and Footer are reusable components in the Shared layout. Property Card, Region Card, Journal Card and Action are shared components, so edit the main component when you want the change to appear throughout the site.

Configure property discovery.

The Properties page filters the CMS by location, maximum price, property type, minimum bedrooms, minimum built area and availability. The default availability is For sale; Reserved, Sold and For rent are also supported. Test the filters and result count after changing CMS options. The homepage search does not pass its selections to the Properties page by default and should not be advertised as a connected search until you configure and test that hand-off.

Connect the forms.

Contact and Sell use native Framer forms with labelled fields and submit states. Select each form, choose your own email, Google Sheet or webhook destination, and confirm any required consent text for your business. No submission destination is included. Test required fields, error handling, confirmation messages and actual delivery before publishing.

Licence and third-party assets.

A paid purchase is licensed for one end product or project under the Framer Community Single-Use Commercial License. You may customise the template and use that project commercially. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the template, use it for multiple projects or client engagements, or turn it into a competing template or design asset. The template is licensed, not sold, and ownership remains with the creator. Third-party fonts, photography and other assets remain subject to their own licences. Replace demo imagery unless the product listing explicitly confirms that it is licensed for your intended use. If this summary differs from the purchase terms, the applicable Framer Community terms and product listing govern.

Before you publish.

Replace all demonstration content and contact details. Add a privacy policy and legal information suitable for your business and location. Connect and test the forms, verify your image rights, review page titles and descriptions, add a favicon and social image, and connect your domain. Check every route on phone, tablet and desktop, including keyboard navigation, image enlargement, reduced motion and both colour themes. The Google Maps embeds are hidden until you verify them live; direct map links remain available. Remove or complete any feature you do not intend to support.
